Why no ice cream?
It pains me greatly that I have not made and shared a new vegan ice cream recently. But I've got a really good excuse--we bought a house! So we have been dealing with all the closing stuff, then the moving stuff, and then the unpacking stuff. Lots of stuff, no?
Anyway, my wonderful husband recently bought frozen prickly pear, guava, and passion fruit for me in big jars, so I've got several ice cream fantasies floating around in my head. (Passion fruit + chocolate = SO GOOD.) And I've unpacked my ice cream maker. So...soon. I will be back soon.

I've been wondering where you were...I wanted to make sugar & gluten-free coffee ice cream for my diabetic SO and wondered how you would suggest using stevia, agave, Splenda or even (ack!) Aspartame in a recipe.
That said, congratulations on the new house!!!

your new blogs are comment disabledd but A let me just I WAS SOOOOO EXCITED FOR YOU HAVING A NEW BLOG!!! AND THEN 2!!! I WAS LIKE OMG!!! haha but seriously i check this eeeeevery night and just made mint chocolate chip ice cream it did not freeze that well... and me and my almost vegan bff agree this is not what we remember mint choc chip tasting like along with my non veg bff and my sisters... is there some other type of mint typically used in regular mint choc chip ice cream? ps Guiness is a genius and doesn't have any DIRECT animal products the dairy the eggs the such is what i care about and it's the only beer i've ever liked creamy and VEGAN to me! AND I AM SO MAKING THIS TOMORROW!!! I would've made it tonight but I was out of guiness! the extra stout is my faaavorite i used it for the stout cupcakes in VCTOTW and fell in love with it and those!!! mmmmmm ten non-vegan red meat college boys all loved them along with me and my friends and all my family... so anyways i just wanted to say don't let the fit throwers offend you they haven't gotten any in a while or they're the people that people go honey maybe you wouldn't be such a bitch if you had some meat or something in your diet... anyways i just wanted to say that the guiness sounds AMAAAAAZING! AND I CANNOT WAIT TO MAKE IT I'M SO EXCITED IT GIVES ME REASON TO GET UP AND GO TO CLASS TOMORROW!!! i have a reward system for myself... haha and give you props on all your amaaaaazing ideas and thoughts!
