Homeless in Seattle
OK, so we're not really homeless, like living in our car or on the street. But we're in temporary housing while looking for an apartment. All my stuff, including my ice cream maker, is somewhere between here and California, or maybe in storage. I really don't know. It's a bit crazy for me.
The bright side is that I get all the Mighty-O vegan donuts I want. The dark side is no new ice cream recipes for a while.

oh crap! we'll miss you. hopefully you find something soon. not only because we're selfish little ones who are going through withdrawal because of the lack of ice cream recipes, but also because, well, you deserve the best. :]

good luck w/ finding some great housing in seattle.. its an awsome town! Lots o vegan options/resturants.. I LOVE to visit.. don't know if I would be capable of really living there or not.. I am really a small town girl at heart... take care.. good luck and happy new year!

I've only just found a house here, and the movers are arriving with our stuff tomorrow. So it will still be a while before I can make more ice cream!

Yes, I'm alive and mostly well! It's been a rough couple of months, but I think things are looking up for me now. In any case, I'm thinking of making some coconut ice cream this afternoon!
